SOLIDWORKS PDM's "copy tree" utility lets you copy files from one folder to another in a safe.

SOLIDWORKS PDM's "Copy Tree" utility lets you copy files from one folder to another in a SOLIDWORKS PDM safe. Copy Tree is to PDM what Pack&Go is to SOLIDWORKS.

Where can I find the Copy SOLIDWORKS PDM tree tool?

1- Select the file (in this case, an assembly) in the PDM safe.

2- Select the "Tools" drop-down menu

3- Select "Copy tree".

Tip: the tool can be added to the drop-down menu (right-click) in the PDM parameters.
